We will ship all orders that can be shipped before each closing and will resume shipping remaining orders in the order received when we return.
We ship the ParaZapper® to the UK, Canada, Australia, England, Thailand, South Korea, Ireland, Philippines, Italy, Peru, Mexico, Spain, Colombia, Panama, Turkey, India, Pakistan, Cambodia, Vietnam, Norway, Germany, France, Greece, as well as any country that is normally serviced by FedEx or where the US Postal service has a postal agreement. Our zappers and most accessories are NAFTA exempt, which means that they are supposed to be Duty Free to Canada and Mexico.
While we sell and ship ParaZapper® as an experimental water treatment device and we do not know of any country that has any prohibitions, some countries may have internal limitations. We do not have any control over this. You must check your countries regulaions to see if you can receive these devices, especially if shipping by FedEx or other courier service. Some countries may charge tariffs or import duties, you are responsible for these as the import is for your benefit. These duties and tarriffs are charged to the importer by the receiving country.
Currently, as our product does not carry a "CE" stamp, we will ship to EU countries only if you are willing to accept responsibility for the order. This requires that if the customs agent rejects your order, you will either pay the cost of return shipment to us or pay for the order itself ( which ever is cheaper for you ). This has only happened once.
All shipping is standard FOB ( Free On Board ). This means that once it is in the hands of the carrier, the shipment is beyond our control and what happens is not our responsibility. By selecting a shipping method, you are assigning that carrier as your agent and you agree that once we have delivered your order to your agent, it is the same as being delivered to you. Once a package has been shipped, the shipping charges are non-refundable. If the package is not delivered to you, then your only option is to seek a refund from your selected agent.
If you order a shipment and it is refused or returned, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping costs (which are normally doubled because the package must be returned to us using the same shipping method as it was sent). We will do everything that we can to assist you in case of difficulty, but in any case, once a product has been shipped, it is your responsibility.
Due to high demand for Christmas, we may have up to a 9 to 12 week backlog of orders as the holiday approaches. Order as early as possible. We will ship your order as soon as is possible but can only do so much in a day.
Important Inventory Note: Because we are factory direct and items are built to order, our inventory will almost always show as [Out of Stock].
Due to a large number of recent orders and some other issues,As of 2 Apr 2024, we are running about 3 to 6 weeks to ship on the 6-Pack.
The CC2 is srunning about 3 to 6 weeks
The UZI-3 is also running about 2 to 5 weeks
We will ship MY-3 within 7 to 10 weeks.
The delay varies from day to day.
We do have a few orders that were delayed beyond that but are catching up
Also, ordering special pads, wrist straps, or accessories can increase the delay.

When not backlogged, all items are normally produced as ordered and shipped within 2 to 5 days of completion of payment provided that the item is in stock.
Please be aware that if we tell you on Thursday morning that we should be able to ship by the following Tuesday or Wednesday, that means "if you place your order immediately. We can frequently receive orders for 10 or even 20 units in a 1 hour period. If we receive a number of orders before your's is placed, then yours may be delayed by 2 to 7 days or even more.
We also can accomodate special shipping for those in urgent need.
We offer Next Day service to many locations.
Priority mail or Express mail is preferred. Priority Mail Express Shipping (4 - 10 days in transit) to Canada is as low as $59.00 US.
Express Mail International Shipping (3 - 10 days) is available for as low as $69.00 US for many other countries.

Any order that is refused will be subject to return charges.

Warning: Although Hulda Clark claimed her zappers could not reach internal organs, including the intestines, she did not use the advanced multi-frequency ParaZapper including the 4 point contact and 3 points positive. Since these devices demonstrate greater effectiveness in inactivating microbes like bacteria. protozoa, and fungi, and some individuals have chosen to use these ParaZappers for off-label personal use on their bodies, we have noted reports of doing so may destroy much of the natural, beneficial flora in the intestines. For at least one reason, it is very important to replace your microbiome with supplemental probiotics soon after using. Generally, consuming a good yogurt containing live and active cultures of at least 5 or 6 strains of bacteria will be helpful in any respect. The company does not endorse any off-label use but believes ethical companies should let the public know about potential issues involving off-label uses.
Previous models of Hulda Clark Parasite Zapper, formerly available on paradevices and petzapper sites and since not as advanced as these models, those were considered to be superior to the other competing devices.
